Standard length 1 meter. Tubes on spools are supplied round or flat up to dimension 12,7/6,4. Tubes on spools of larger dimensions than 12,7/6,4 are supplied flat. Tubes of other colors and length (cut into pieces) are supplied on special request.

  • Tensile strength (min.): 15 MPa

  • Elongation at break (min.): 350%

  • Tensile strength after heat aging (168 h at 158°C): min. 12 MPa

  • Elongation at break after heat aging (168 h at 158°C): min. 250%

  • Heat shock (4 h at 175°C): no dripping, cracking or flowing

  • Copper corrosion resistance (168 h at 158°C): no corrosion

  • Low temperature flexibility (4 h at -55°C): no cracking

  • Flammability: flammable

Test method according to ISO 62:

  • Water absorption (max): 0.1%

  • Dielectric strength (acc. to IEC 60243-1): min. 16 kV/mm
